Welcome to Mnzl (“Mnzl,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mnzl website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using Mnzl, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use Mnzl. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Our Services
Mnzl is a digital platform that allows users to:
Browse and search real estate listings across Lebanon.
Post and manage property listings as individuals or agents.
View property photos, videos, and short reels.
Contact property owners, landlords, or agents directly.
Mnzl does not own, manage, or broker any properties listed on the Platform. We are not involved in actual transactions between users.
3. User AccountsTo access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
Mnzl reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.
4. User Content
You may upload content such as images, videos, property details, and contact information ("User Content"). By doing so, you grant Mnzl a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform’s services and promotion.
You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to upload anything that is:
False or misleading.
Offensive, illegal, or defamatory.
Infringing on copyrights or third-party rights.
Mnzl reserves the right to remove or moderate content at its discretion.
5. Property Listings & Transactions
Mnzl is not a party to any real estate transaction. We do not verify the accuracy of listings or the identity of users.
Users are solely responsible for:
Ensuring the accuracy of property information.
Conducting all due diligence before engaging in a sale, lease, or rental agreement.
Complying with all applicable laws in Lebanon regarding real estate advertising and transactions.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Post spam, duplicate, or fake listings.
Use bots, crawlers, or automated tools on the Platform.
Impersonate others or provide false information.
Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account or listing that violates these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform—including logos, visuals, UI elements, and underlying software—is the property of Mnzl or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mnzl provides the Platform “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
The accuracy, completeness, or availability of listings.
The performance or uninterrupted operation of the Platform.
That communication or transactions between users will be successful or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mnzl will not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
Issues arising from property transactions, disputes, or third-party actions.
10. Third-Party Links
Mnzl may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or policies of third-party platforms.
11. Termination
Mnzl may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
12. Modifications to These Terms
Mnzl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify users via the Platform or email. Continued use of Mnzl constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Lebanon.
